ALL purchases are final and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. In the event of a damaged order received or lost shipment, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that I require photographs of any damaged order to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
If your package has been tracked via the carriers as delivered and unfortunately stolen from your delivery area, it is NOT the responsibility of Holiday Bows by Noelle to replace the package.
